The power plant has a raceway provided with counter-tracks (5, 6) for rolling anti-reversing wheels (7, 8) of propulsion vehicles. The counter-tracks are provided with rolling surfaces inclined with respect to horizontal planes (PH) such that rotational planes (PR) of the anti-reversing wheels form an angle (alpha) with respect to the horizontal planes, where the angle is between 15 degree and 75 degree. The counter-tracks are arranged on a center path (9) raised with respect to a path plane.
