PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device capable of restraining external light reflection and minimizing thickness, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device 101 includes a substrate body 111, an organic light-emitting element 70 formed on the substrate body 111, a phase delay capping layer 420 formed on the organic light-emitting element 70, a sealing member 210 arranged on the phase delay capping layer 420, and a polarizing plate 410 adhered to the sealing member 210.
