PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition capable of obtaining a foamed sheet which is flexible and has excellent rubber elasticity and has no surface roughing and has good appearance and to provide a foamed sheet of, such as, automotive interior skin material obtained from the composition. SOLUTION: In the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by melt-kneading 1-100 pts.mass of a polyolefin resin (B') with 100 pts.mass of an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (D) obtained by dynamically heat-treating a mixture of an organic peroxide crosslinking type olefinic copolymer rubber (A) and an organic peroxide non-constructing type polyolefin resin (B) in the presence of a crosslinking agent, 1-40 mass% of the resin is a random copolymer (b1) of 90-99 mol% propylene and 1-10 mol% otherα-olefin and 99-60 mass% of the resin is a propylene (co)polymer (b2) other than (b1) among 100 mass% of the polyolefin resin (B').
