<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear including effect of increasing a muscle active mass when doing exercise without damaging wearing comfortability. <P>SOLUTION: The underwear is obtained by using as a part FA1, a fabric including filament yarn (A) whose single fiber diameter is 10-1,000 nm, and having a skin surface frictional coefficient (MIU) of not less than 0.15. The underwear is a pair of short pants or half pants. The part FA is preferably a part covering any of the musculus gluteus maximuse, the biceps femoris muscle, the tractus iliotibialis, the straight muscle of abdomen, and the outer vastus of a wearer.
