<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacturing of an IC card with a display function, and to provide a data display method suitable in the IC card with the display function or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact IC card 1A with the display function includes: a display part 5; an IC chip 2 for display control; a non-contact type IC chip 7 (IC chip for communication); and an antenna coil 6 (transmission I/F part), etc. An external input/output terminal of the IC chip 2 for display is connected to the antenna coil 6 exposed to the substrate surface of a non-contact communication substrate 13. Thus, the IC chip 2 for display control can acquire data outputted from the antenna coil 6 to the outside, and the substrate 11 for display and the non-contact communication substrate 13 can be developed as independent members, respectively.
