<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration calculation device capable of preventing the trouble caused by the individual difference of a light-receiving means, capable of preventing the lowering of light detection precision caused by a change in light path length or the vibration of an element for producing the difference of a light-receiving energy value and capable of suppressing the lowering of light detection precision caused by the measuring time shift of light. <P>SOLUTION: The gas concentration calculation device is equipped with a gas cell 10 for forming an introducing space into which target gas is introduced, the light source 20 arranged in the gas cell 10, the modulation mirror 30 arranged to one end of the gas cell 10 and electrically adjusting the reflectivity to the light emitted from the light source 20, the light-receiving part 50 arranged to the other end of the gas cell 10 to receive the direct light directly emitted from the light source 20 and the light emitted from the light source 20 to be reflected by the modulation mirror 30 and a calculation circuit 3 for calculating the concentration of the target gas on the basis of the ratio of the light-receiving energy value of the light-receiving part 50 when reflectivity is electrically adjusted by the modulation mirror 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
