摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call system which automatically performs calling or re-calling by extracting, at a calling time, a partner who becomes a call target, from among a plurality of partners of which the schedules are registered in a server. SOLUTION: The call system includes: a server 15 provided with a voice board 17 on which a line communication control part 25 and an incoming line communication control part 26 are mounted; and a worker terminal 14 connected to the server 15. In the server 15, a staff information management part 20 registers information of a staff information database 31 from the worker terminal 14, an operation table creating part 21 performs processing for creating an operation table 32 and a line allocating part 22 refers to a process counter 33 for each line to select a line with the minimum number of counters and registers a calling process and a re-calling process concurrently in a process management table 34 for the line.
