PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal type lithographic printing plate capable of improving dirt recoverability and blanket piling while holding sufficient printing durability. SOLUTION: The thermal type lithographic printing plate is characterized in that it has at least two image forming layers containing a thermoplastic resin, hot-melt substance, and a water-soluble polymer compound on a water resistant support body and that the image forming layer (B) furthest away from the water resistant support body contains gelatin and polysaccharide.
