PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink film which is superior in low temperature resistance, oil resistance, tearing properties along the perforation and appearance, and does not peel when attached, as a base film. SOLUTION: The shrink label is provided, as a base film, with a heat-shrinkable multilayer resin film composed of a middle layer made of polystyrene resin and outer surface layers made of polyester resin, which hold the middle layer. The polystyrene resin which comprises the middle layer is a mixed resin of aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon-conjugated diene copolymer and aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon-aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic ester copolymer. The polyester resin which comprises the outer surface layers contains a component from terephthalic acid as a dicarboxylic acid component. The middle layer and the outer surface layers are bonded with each other by an adhesive layer composed of an hydrogen additive of the aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon-conjugated diene copolymer which includes inside the molecule at least one type of functional group selected from the group comprising a carboxylic acid group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group, an epoxy group, and a hydroxyl group. The amount of the functional group of the hydrogen additive contained in the aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon-conjugated diene copolymer is 0.05-5.0 wt.% and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.7-1.5μm.
