PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple selector valve requiring neither expertise of piping work nor thread cutting skill in regard to a valve for diverging rainwater from a down pipe to a water storage tank for effective use. SOLUTION: A water collecting funnel 2 is provided on one inlet side of a Y-shaped pipe 1 made of vinyl chloride, and a sleeve pipe 3 is inserted in the inclined side of the Y-shaped pipe 1 and fixed by a switching wing bolt 4. The sleeve pipe 3 is pulled out and inserted by loosening the switching wing bolt 4 and fixed in a suitable position to switch rainwater falling into the down pipe, in two directions of the water storage tank and drainage.
