PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation aid which enables people who have dysfunction or decreased function of the hands and the fingers because of diseases or accidents to undergo rehabilitation anytime and anywhere he/she wants and hasten the functional recovery, also enables sport players or the like to train finger force, hand gripping power or the forearm region and the upper arm region anytime and anywhere. SOLUTION: The rehabilitation aid is formed with a five-finger glove with bag sections in which five fingers of a hand are inserted respectively, a glove stationary part comprising a fixing piece which is integrally prepared in the inlet of the hand of the glove and fixes the glove to the inward side of the wrist part and a fixing folding piece which is prepared for being fixed to the fixing piece, continuously extended from the outer side of the wrist and overlapped and fixed to make an engagement so that the wrist part may not move to the fingertips, and three rubber cords which have each one end fixed to a rubber cord fixing piece and each of the other ends attached to a ring of an S-shaped pipe fixed to the finger tips of the index finger, the middle finger and the third finger of the glove.
