<p>A method and a device for switching display in an electronic reader are provided, which belong to the field of information display. The method comprises: building an index for a standby document; loading the standby document page which corresponds to the index into a display module; opening a target document to display until being triggered by a first trigger signal; calling the standby document to display, and loading the target document page into the display module until being triggered by a second trigger signal; and calling the target document to display, loading the standby document page into the display module until being triggered by the first trigger signal up to the finishing of the reading. The method can store the page content to be displayed after being switched in the display module and directly display the document content on a bistable display screen by using the display module, and therefore, the speed of switching display is greatly improved, rapidly switching to the desired document page is ensured, the pre-switched document page is reserved, and a user can proceed to read without finding the pre-switched reading position again.</p> |
