A spiral-type seawater desalination system comprising a spiral pressure vessel (15) which is loaded with a plurality of reverse osmosis membrane systems (13-1 through 13-10) that each have a spiral-type reverse osmosis membrane and are coupled together by a permeated water tube (14), a raw water supply line for supplying raw water (11) into the pressure vessel (15), a concentrated water discharge line for discharging concentrated water (16), a plug (17) for closing the permeated water tube (14) at the middle portion of the reverse osmosis membrane systems (13-1 through 13-10), a front-side permeated water line for respectively discharging to the outside front-side permeated water (12-1) and rear-side permeated water (12-2) separated to the front and rear from the permeated water tube (14) closed by the plug (17), a pressure regulation valve (20) installed in the raw water supply line in order to regulate the supply pressure of raw water (11), and a flow regulation valve (22) installed in the front-side permeated water line in order to regulate the pressure of the front-side permeated water (12-1).
