<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit of a charge change type sensor which reduces measurement errors (sensitivity degradation) due to insulation resistance or input impedance, and can detect failures (wire break, short-circuit) in a sensor cable circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The output circuit of charge change type sensor includes an operational amplifier 24 having an inversion input (-) connected to an output of the charge change type sensor through a sensor cable, a non-inversion input (+) connected to a reference potential Vin, and an output connected to the inversion input (-) through a first resistor R1, and a second resistor R2 connected between the output of the charge change type sensor and the ground.
