<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for conveying deposited metal plates, which enable a plurality of cathodes to be simultaneously, horizontally, continuously and repeatedly conveyed without using a chain conveyor. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of deposited metal plates 28 are simultaneously conveyed to respective stages such as acceptance, flexing, peeling and discharge by means of a walking beam 70 disposed under each deposited metal plate 28. At each stage, ends of lifting levers 73 are inserted into recessed portions 77 of the walking beam 70, the lifting levers 73 are moved up, whereby the deposited metal plate 28 is separated from the walking beam 70 and kept above, and only the walking beam 70 is returned to the original position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
