<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmission type solar cell module that is excellent in design property and is used for a sun roof mounted on a car by blinding a transmission line of light except a see-through line with a simple structure and method. <P>SOLUTION: A light transmission type solar cell module 1 has a light transmission section that transmits light in a power generation section. The power generation section is formed by a plurality of solar cells in which a transparent surface electrode layer 12, a photoelectric conversion layer 13, and a back electrode layer 14, are laminated in order on a translucent insulating substrate 11. In the light transmission section, in order to connect the solar cells in series, a non-transparent member 31 is provided on all over the back electrode layer 14 except a see-through line in a structure containing a third scribe line 17 separating the back electrode layer 14 and the see-through line transmitting light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
