PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint determination device which can accurately determine whether two metal bodies can be joined, without destroying the two metal bodies, and to provide an electromagnetic welding device and a joint determination method. SOLUTION: The mutually joined two metal bodies 21 and 22 are arranged between a coil 11 and a fixture 12. The metal bodies 21 and 22 are connected to each other with a cable 16 and an oscilloscope 17. A power supply circuit runs an alternating current to the coil 11. When the alternating current runs to the coil 11, the oscilloscope 17 detects an induction current waveform to be induced by the two metal bodies 21 and 22, and displays the detected induction current waveform in a display 17A.
