PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit which is arranged in a case of a vehicular automatic transmission and can effectively restrain troubles caused by foreign bodies mixed in oil in the case in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit, arranged in the case of the vehicular automatic transmission, includes an electronic circuit body 10 containing a first circuit side terminal 14A and a second circuit side terminal 14B which are respectively projected in a reverse directions, a first connector CA and a second connector CB respectively coupled with the electronic circuit body 10 so as to make the first circuit side terminal 14A and the second circuit side terminal 14B connected with an electric wire 40, a base member 50, and connector housings 30A, 30B for holding electric wire side terminals 20A, 20B. The connector housings respectively have covers 38, and the covers 38 cover the electronic circuit body 10 by being mutually overlapped at an opposite side of a mounting surface 52 of the base member 50 by pinching the electronic circuit body 10 while the connectors CA, CB are respectively combined with the electronic circuit body 10.
