PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator that is simple in configuration and has a superior controllability. SOLUTION: The electric actuator 1 includes a cylindrical circular spline 3 and a flexspline 4 arranged coaxially with the circular spline 3. The flexspline 4 is formed of a rubber magnet and has magnetic poles of different polarities formed alternately along the circumferential direction. The electric actuator 1 includes a stator 20 that sags the flexspline 4 by magnetic force to make it partially mesh with the circular spline 3 and forms a rotating magnetic field for rotating the shape of the sagged flexspline 4.
