PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small switching regulator with low noise. SOLUTION: The switching regulator includes an output stage of the switching regulator consisting of a plurality of transistors where two states of conduction and interruption are alternately switched, and a drive circuit for individually driving the output stage transistors. In the drive circuit, driving performance when rising and falling is set as unbalance so that transition time from the interruption to conduction state in each output stage transistor becomes longer than that from the conduction to interruption state.
