PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that mounting device of a convention cellular phone is poor in style, hands-free call is not possible except when using a hands-free cord, a cellular phone user cannot answer the call quickly, cannot release the hand from the telephone during busy time or a long-time call while feeling troublesome, and cannot do other jobs. SOLUTION: Hands-free call is made possible by laterally inserting a cellular phone, which is easily equipped with a cellular phone shoulder suspension elastic band 3 into a case 1 and whose equipment style is improved. As shown in Fig.3, the cellular phone shoulder suspension elastic band 3 for the cellular phone case 1 is devised to respond to a phone call immediately upon catching the call of the cellular phone in a crowd and in the noise.
