PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of downsizing a head-mounted display, and a head-mounted display including the same. SOLUTION: This light source device 10 includes a green laser diode 25, a blue laser diode 35, a red laser diode 45 and a dichroic prism 60 selectively transmitting/refracting light from them. The green laser diode 25 having the largest colorific value and having a large radiator 20 is arranged at a position facing an emission port 50 by interposing the dichroic prism 60. The width B of the radiator 20 is formed to be set smaller than a width C from the outside of the blue laser diode 35 to the outside of the red laser diode 45.
