The present invention relates to an apparatus capable of controlling opening and closing times to prevent the inflow of rainwater and soil to a storm overflow chamber, wherein the apparatus comprises: a frame installed in at least one drain inlet formed in a storm overflow chamber provided at the downflow end of a drain passage; a rotating shaft coupled so as to intersect a vertical frame disposed at both left and right sides of the frame; an opening/closing plate coupled to the rotating shaft to open and close the drain inlet according to an amount of rainwater; a horizontal retention stopper coupled to a top surface of an intersecting frame disposed at an opposite side of the frame, from among intersecting frames disposed at one side and the opposite side of the frame, the horizontal retention stopper for restricting the closing of the opening/closing plate; an opening stopper disposed about the rotating shaft to intersect a bottom space at the other side of the opening/closing plate, and adjusted in height by first height adjusting means disposed in the bottom space and passing through upper surfaces of the vertical frames, respectively, that are disposed at the left and right sides of the frame, the opening stopper restricting an open angle of the opening/closing plate; and a buoyant body disposed about the rotating shaft, in the center of the bottom space at the other side of the opening/closing plate, and elevated by second height adjusting means exposed in the bottom space and passing through the upper surface of the opening/closing plate, the buoyant body for controlling the opening times of the opening/closing plate according to the water level of rainwater that enters the drain inlet. |
