HEAT-CURABLE COMPOSITIONS INCLUDING A REINFORCEMENT ADDITIVE AGAINST SHOCKS

The invention relates to a heat-curable composition containing at least one heat-curable resin or resin system that includes as an additive at least one block copolymer including a block A' containing a polydiene consisting of non-hydrogenated polybutadiene and/or polyisoprene, said block A' being free of polar monomers, and from 1 to 3 blocks B' containing polylactone, wherein said copolymer in said heat-curable composition has an average mass in numbers of said copolymer lower than 50000 and an average mass in numbers of said block A' of between 500 and 10000 and a global weight ratio of said copolymer, as defined relative to the total weight of said resin or resin system with said additive, selected in a range of between 2 to 30% so that the weight ratio of block B' relative to the total weight is in a range of between 2.5 to 10 % when Tg is lower than 30°C, and in a range of between 3 to 7% when Tg is at least equal to 130°C. The invention also relates to the use of said copolymer as a reinforcing additive against shocks for heat-curable compositions, and to finished products for applications in adhesives and molded or laminated composite parts.
