<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking and leak deformation of a lid packing mounted on the plug of a beverage container caused by falling or long storage. <P>SOLUTION: The plug 2 of a beverage container includes a lid packing 28 for stopping water flowing through the second opening 11. The packing 28 includes a water stop horizontal face 32 of the second opening 11 and a side wall 34 which protrudes upward from the peripheral edge of the face 32 and is positioned along the inside wall of a lid body 12 with a ventilation gap 35 in-between for forming a hollow part 36 surrounded by the inside of a lid body top face 18, the horizontal face 32 and the wall 34. A ventilation communication part is formed by a notch 37 connecting the gap 35 and the part 36 on the side wall 34 on the peripheral edge of the face 32. The lid body 12 is tightened or loosened by twisting one time or turning half around with two screws, the second female screw 21 and the second male screw 16. The notch 37 is formed on the side wall 34 on the peripheral edge of the face 32, preventing the packing from sticking to the lid body 12 when the part 36 is crushed and returns to the original condition with ventilation when the body 12 is opened, thereby the water stopping characteristic does not deteriorate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
