摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a semiconductor light-emitting device having a structure wherein a plurality of light-emitting cells are arrayed; a light-emitting module including the same; and an illumination apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device includes a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting cells, a connection part, and a concavo-convex part. The light-emitting cells are arrayed on the top surface of the substrate. Each of the light-emitting cells has a first-conductivity-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second-conductivity-type semiconductor layer that are sequentially stacked on the top surface of the substrate. The connection part is formed to connect the plurality of light-emitting cells in series, parallel or series-parallel. The concavo-convex part is formed in at least one of the bottom surface of the substrate and the top surface of an isolation region between the plurality of light-emitting cells. Further, a semiconductor light-emitting device is provided which applies a reflection member to an insolation region so that light efficiency may be improved by improving current density per unit area and that an optical path may be improved by utilizing a reflection structure. Furthermore, a semiconductor light-emitting device is provided which is improved in structure and position of a pad so as to achieve uniform current dispersion while improving light efficiency by improving current density per unit area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
