METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF COLOR FILTER WITH TOUCH PANEL SENSOR INTEGRATED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a touch panel sensor integrated type color filter, in which a touch panel sensor is formed on one surface of a transparent substrate and a color filter is formed on the other surface of the transparent substrate while holding the transparent substrate in between, and by which the color filter can be accurately aligned with the touch panel sensor and then formed by facilitating discrimination of an alignment mark formed on the transparent substrate on a touch panel sensor side through the transparent substrate from a color filter side.

SOLUTION: When forming a film that constitutes a light shield of the color filter, an area on the transparent substrate on the color filter side corresponding to a position of the alignment mark formed on the touch panel sensor side is regulated by a metal mask or a die nozzle so as not to be covered with the film constituting the light shield.
