<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device whose vibration resistance upon mounting on a vehicle is enhanced by making a joint between a case and a frame firm. <P>SOLUTION: The frame 5 is provided on the outer circumferential wall surface of the frame 5 with joints 50A to 50D extended toward a case for joint with the case. Each of the joints includes an extended portion 51 extended from the outer circumferential wall surface of the frame 5 to the case and having a through hole 51a and a reinforcing portion 52 formed integrally with the extended portion 51 and the frame 5. As a result, an area for joining each joint and the frame 5 can be secured.
