<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification system of producing clean fuel gas etc. by using a gasifier suitable for continuous operation and capable of operating for a long time without stopping to remove slugs and clinker. <P>SOLUTION: The gasification system is carried out by the followings: combustible gas obtained from biomass, fossil fuel, wastes or solid fuel combined thereof, is discharged from the gasifier having a first oxidation zone, a second oxidation zone wherein gas flow direction is opposed to that of the first oxidation zone, and a reduction zone placed between both the oxidation zones; the discharged gas is subjected to purification by removing acids, fine particles or water-soluble toxins with a water scrubber; tar and water in the gas from the scrubber are absorbed and removed therefrom with a double polymer filter unit; and the generated gas for clean combustion is discharged with a gas suction fan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
