PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which lead detachment can be prevented in a connection portion between a protective circuit and a lead when the protective circuit receives an external force by falling shock or the like. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes the protective circuit 9 attached to an end of a unit cell 2, in which leads 10, 12 for electric connection are joined to the protective circuit 9, the leads 10, 12 form erecting portions 11, 13 containing a pair of erecting surfaces facing each other, and the erecting portions 11, 13 are placed to face the longitudinal ends of the protective circuit 9. As a result of this, when the external force by shock due to falling or the like is applied to the protective circuit 9, the change of the shapes of the erecting portions 11, 13 of the leads 10, 12 facilitates the movement of the leads 10, 12 in conjunction with the movement of the protective circuit 9, so that shock transmission, to the connection portions 30, 31 between the leads 10, 12 and the protective circuit 9 is reduced.
