PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride coated steel sheet having both of excellent corrosion resistance in a flat part, a coated film damaged part and the like and excellent corrosion resistance in a cut end surface part and a coated film damaged part. SOLUTION: A steel sheet having a specified Zn-Al-Mg based plated layer or a Zn-Al-Mg(-Ti-B-Si) based plated layer is used as a metal plate and a chemically treated coating film, a primer coating film and a polyvinyl chloride coating film are provided thereon. Thereby, a coated metal plate can be obtained, having excellent corrosion resistance in the cut end part and excellent corrosion resistance in the coated film damaged part with good balance, that are antinomic properties in the conventional technology.
