PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device for a floor, which is safely used by reliably preventing a triangular gap from occurring between left and right floor skeletons even if the floor skeletons are swung in the different longitudinal directions by an earthquake, which is easily and inexpensively manufactured so that the strength of end floor joint plates and the strength of center floor joint plates are the same, and which can efficiently prevent a step from occurring between the left and right floor skeletons even if the left and right floor skeletons cause a differential settlement. SOLUTION: This joint device for a floor is configured so that, even if the left and right floor skeletons are swung in the different longitudinal directions by an earthquake, the floor joint plates on both sides each of which comprises leg parts at both ends are prevented from being submerged under the center floor joint plates each of which comprises leg parts at both ends, and auxiliary floor joint plates on both sides which are positioned between the leg parts of the submerged floor joint plates on both sides, respectively, are prevented from projecting further outward than the floor joint plates on both sides, whereby the gap is produced.
