A separator manufacturing method, according to the present invention, comprises the following steps: (S1) preparing a porous material having a flat surface and multiple pores; (S2) coating at least one surface of said porous material with a polymer binder having dispersed mineral particles and including first and second polymer binders in dissolved in a solvent slurry, through a first discharge outlet; (S3) spraying undissolved precipitates on the slurry coating on said porous material with said second polymer binder; and (S4) simultaneously drying said solvent and precipitates. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a separator, having a fair binding ability to an electrode and less separation of mineral particles in the electrochemical device assembly process, is easily manufactured.
