In CPU (201-1), a priority detecting unit (305) determines whether the CPU has the highest execution priority, an issued instruction efficiency calculating unit (306) calculates the efficiency of the issued instruction, and a contention detecting unit (307) detects contention. After said operations, CPU (201-1) is specified as the CPU for ensuring real-time processing by means of a specifying unit (308), and an inter-hypervisor message transmitting unit (309) transmits a message to all CPUs except the specified CPU. CPU (201-2) receives the message by means of the inter-hypervisor message receiving unit (310), and a control unit (311) controls a thread, that does not access a shared memory, in a manner such that said thread is executed for a predetermined time period among the time period in which contention occurred. |
