PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating composition which can satisfy both low temperature curability and coating film performances such as water resistance, boiling water resistance, solvent resistance and chemical resistance, when especially coated on aluminum material, and is excellent in the finish appearances of coating films. SOLUTION: The anionic electrodeposition coating composition consists essentially of (A) a vinyl copolymer comprising an α, β-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, an acetoacetyl group-having α, β-ethylenic unsaturated monomer, and a hydroxyl group-having α, β-ethylenic unsaturated monomer and (B) a blocked polyisocyanate compound.
