PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation hydraulic power generation system with a small and simple structure capable of being installed without any limitation to a place, for example, a general house, a factory and an automobile, without requiring large-scale construction. SOLUTION: A pressurized liquid is sprayed to a blade 10 by a valve 9 capable of adjusting the pressure, the blade 10 is rotated, power is obtained, and a generator 13 is operated, and the electric power is generated. By operation of the generator 13, the electric power is generated. A pumping pump 4 is operated by the electric power with the usage of a motor, and a part of the generated electric power is supplied to the pumping pump 4, and continuous power generation can be achieved without requiring the external energy. Further, when large electric power is required, a gear/belt is used for a shaft 14 of the blade 10, and power is generated by interlocking with a plurality of generators. By attaching a quake-resistant sensing device 15 and an automatic stop electric circuit, the system is automatically stopped and the electric shock can be prevented when the building collapses.
