<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex machine 100 which maintains the security while letting another user execute a job concerning private printing for himself/herself simply. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the complex machine 100 which includes: a list sending means 510 for sending a responsible user list to a first terminal device when a printing request followed by private printing instructions is issued from the first terminal device concerned; a checking means 512 for making query to a second terminal device used by the selected responsible user from the first terminal device to check whether or not the responsibility of executing the private printing is permitted when a specific responsible user is selected; and a job storing means 516 for correlating and storing a user ID for identifying the responsible user using the second terminal device and job data of the printing request when the responsibility of executing private printing is permitted by the second terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
