DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGING BULLETIN BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the third party with information for estimating whether information on an electronic bulletin board is useful one along an installation aim or not.

SOLUTION: A management processing part 14 conducts processing as to management of the electronic bulletin board, in response to a request from a manager of the electronic bulletin board. A management history data generating part 14b generates a management history data indicating a history of the purport that the processing as to the management of the electronic bulletin board is carried out by the management processing part 14. A management history data inserting part 14c inserts the management history data generated by the management history data generating part 14b, into a page data disclosed on the electronic bulletin board.
