摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to use any function for measuring time such as a timer or counter in a device having such a role that shortens time to be spent on data transfer, and that relays the data transfer between devices connected via communication lines whose transfer speeds are different. <P>SOLUTION: A DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) 11 in a transmitter transmits a frame at a communication speedα, and an NIC (Network Interface Controller) 12 in the transmitter transfers the frame at a communication speedβwhich is slower than the communication speedα. A controller 15 instructs the DRAM 11 in the transmitter to divide data into N pieces of frames, and to transmit the data in the order of first to N-th frames.
