PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device capable of restraining the occurrence of chipping of a material supplied to a receiving vessel. SOLUTION: This supply device 100 includes a supply passage 3 guiding to the receiving vessel 2 from a hopper 1, a first expansion-contraction part 10 arranged in the supply passage 3, a first fluid chamber 11 partitioned by the supply passage 3 and the first expansion-contraction part 10, a second expansion-contraction part 20 arranged so as to be suspended in the receiving vessel 2 from a lower part of the supply passage 3 and having an inner cylinder part 21 forming an inside passage 23 and an outer cylinder part 22 arranged outside the inner cylinder part 21, a second fluid chamber 13 partitioned by the inner cylinder part 21 and the outer cylinder part 22 and a fluid supply-discharge part 30 for supplying-discharging fluid in the first fluid chamber 11 and the second fluid chamber 13. The supply device 100 drops a material along the supply passage 3 by contracting the first expansion-contraction part 10 by gradually discharging the fluid in a first hydraulic chamber 11, and supplies the material from the supply passage 3 to the receiving vessel 2 by dropping along the inside passage 23 by contracting the second expansion-contraction part 20 by gradually discharging the fluid in a second hydraulic chamber 20.
