PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of displaying a range of a display region changing a display position and description of information displayed in the display region, and to provide a display control device and a display control program. SOLUTION: The display device 100 has: an information obtaining part 140 for obtaining traveling information expressing a traveling state of a vehicle; an information display control part 150 for controlling a display part displaying the traveling information; a change display control part 170 for controlling the display part so as to change the display position of the display region displaying the traveling information; a description display control part 190 for controlling the display part so as to display description images describing the traveling information displayed in the display region when changing the display position of the display region; and a range display control part 180 for controlling the display part so as to display range images expressing the range of the display region displaying the traveling information.
