PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a proper focus adjustment considering the lens effect of a dome cover, even only in a manual focus adjustment, without using an automatic focus correction mechanism. SOLUTION: The dome camera device 1 includes: an AF value calculation part 14 calculating an AF value from an image photographed in such a state that the dome cover 3 is removed; a shift amount obtaining part 19 reading a shift amount from a memory 15 in which the shift amount in a focus position when the dome cover 3 is attached is stored; and a target focus position decision part 20 deciding a target focus position on the basis of the AF value and the shift amount. When a user manually performs a focus adjustment in such a state that the dome cover 3 is removed, the target focus position is informed to the user, to support the focus adjustment. The target focus position is an improper focus position in such a state that the dome cover 3 is removed and a proper focus position in such a state that the dome cover 3 is attached.
