PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve compatibility of an inertial sensor device. SOLUTION: The inertial sensor device includes a substrate 11, and an element 13 disposed on the substrate 11, and includes a terminal group 16 electrically connected to an external electrode group 14 that the element 13 has on a first side face 11A of the substrate 11. With this construction, even if the arrangement of the external electrode group 14 in the element 13 differs for each component manufacturer, a construction is adopted in which the terminal group 16 is arranged on the first side face 11A of the substrate 11, thus improving compatibility of the inertial sensor device.
