PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop material which is used for a water stopping construction method for performing water-stopping of a structure by reaction with water in the structure to be cured, reliably blocks a crack and the like, can stop water leakage and having excellent long term durability and high reliability. SOLUTION: The water stopping material contains an organic polyisocyanate compound (A), a tertiary amine catalyst (B), a silicone foam stabilizer (C) and a trialkyl acetyl citrate (D).
