PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a stand in a dotted shape in an installable place as a two-stage type exclusive stand in the vicinity of a service place and a use destination, as a preventive countermeasure against a theft, sideways falling and leaving as it is of a bicycle and a method for effectively utilizing convenience. SOLUTION: This stand 1 exclusive to the bicycle is efficiently installed on a sidewalk and a one-way traffic road so as not to become an obstacle. A garage of two bicycles becomes possible by the area of about a handle width by a two-stage type. The bicycle can be stored in a second stage by going along a rail 4 by lifting a carriage 3 as the help of manual operation such as a hydraulic damper, a spring and a motor. Though the carriage 3 moves along a contact point of the rail 4 by manually raising up an aggregate 2, the movement of this vertical motion is damped by the hydraulic damper, the spring and the motor. The bicycle placed on the second stage is prevented from the sideways falling by aggregates 5 and 7 for keeping stability. A lock is required when stored by raising up the aggregate 2. The carriage 3 can be substituted for a steel pipe and a vinyl chloride pipe. Stainless steel strong against rust is most adaptive to this structural material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
