PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor module and an A/D conversion apparatus, easily dealing with an input signal regardless of the type of it. SOLUTION: A resistor module is equipped with: a resistor; input-side connectors connected to both terminals of the resistor, respectively; and output-side connectors connected to both the terminals of the resistor, respectively. The input-side connector is configured to be directly or indirectly and freely removably connected to an outside line connector cable, and the output-side connector is configured to be directly or indirectly and freely removably connected to the input-side connector of an A/D conversion apparatus. The A/D conversion apparatus is equipped with: the input-side connector configured to be directly or indirectly connected to the output-side connector of the resistor module.
