PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent not only the cap from being blown away in a far place but also from the coming off of the cap, and capable of being utilized for any cap. SOLUTION: The fastener for multifunctional cap includes a string-like member 2; an intermediate bundling member 5 on one end side of which the ring like part 7 of the string-like member 2 is arranged, and on the other end side of which both end parts 8 of the string-like member 2 are arranged, by bundling the string-like member 2 in a double-folded state and holding a holding position in longitudinal direction as capable of moving; and a pair of holding members 13 attached to the ring state part 7 as capable of moving.
