The arrangement has tools (4) defined by contours on a casing surface of a hollow body, where weakening of a material of the casing surface is present along the contours so that each tool is mechanically detachable from the casing surface. A perforation or an open slit is formed as the weakening of the material of the casing surface. The hollow body is separable from a container for a gel-like or pasty material, and the container is formed as a standard cartridge (3). The tools are arranged in a rear edge area of the cartridge.
