<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring/mixing device capable of shortening a mixing time while preventing metal-made foreigners from mixing in a resin composition, and a method for producing the resin composition for sealing a semiconductor. <P>SOLUTION: The stirring/mixing device 1 includes a container 2 storing the resin composition, a plurality of agitating members 3 which are inserted in the container 2 and agitate the resin composition, and a drive device 4 for vibrating the container 2. Each of agitating members 3 has a rod-shaped part 32, a plate-like part 31 provided at the tip end part of the rod-shaped part 32, and a gripping part 33 provided at the base end part of the rod-shaped part 32. The plate-like part 31 is provided so as to be perpendicular to the rod-shaped part 32.
