<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more reasonable the priority of scheduling of a terminal in a discontinuous reception resume. <P>SOLUTION: The remaining activity time of a terminal is considered comprehensively, in service scheduling and the possibility that a terminal having a comparatively small remaining activity time is scheduled is enhanced, and therefore, the possibility that such a terminal enters a sleep mode when not scheduled is reduced. By scheduling a terminal having a comparatively small remaining activity time with priority and reducing the probability that the terminal goes into sleep state, a packet loss rate caused, when the maximum delay limit condition is exceeded in the delay high sensitivity service is reduced; and the power consumption efficiency of the system is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
